fashion designers mark eley and wakako kishimoto of eley kishimoto are known for their designs in striking modern prints. the duo have collaborated with japanese car manufacturer honda on an interior design for a new hybrid model, the honda cr-z intersection. the duo were asked to create a custom print that would subtly incorporate the eco flower symbol of its hybrid technology, for the upholstery, tank and cover. although the car is a prototype, it’s market potential is currently being evaluated. well, we certainly can picture ourselves cruising around town in it!
